TravelPatient Mobile Application Policy

Information We Collect

When you use the TravelPatient Mobile Application, we may collect:

• Account information (name, email address, phone number)
• Referral and appointment information
• Medical records and healthcare documents uploaded by you
• Device type and operating system version
• App version
• Language preference
• Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) device token
• Usage and analytics information collected through Firebase Analytics

Permissions Used by the Mobile Application

The Mobile Application may request the following permissions:

Camera

Used to capture and upload medical documents, reports, and related healthcare records.

Photos / Gallery

Used to upload existing medical documents and images stored on your device.

Notifications

Our notification module may send referral, appointment, system, and other service-related notifications to your account. Where you enable push notifications, these may be delivered to your device through Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM).

Location

The current version of the Mobile Application does not collect or use GPS-based real-time location information and does not request location permissions.

Sign-In Methods

Users may access the Mobile Application through:

• Phone Number and OTP verification
• Email and OTP verification
• Google Sign-In
• Sign in with Apple

When Google Sign-In or Sign in with Apple is used, certain account information such as name and email address may be provided by the authentication provider.

Firebase Services

The Mobile Application uses Firebase services, including:

• Firebase Authentication
• Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM)
• Firebase Analytics

These services help us provide secure authentication, push notifications, and app analytics for service improvement purposes.

Advertising

The Mobile Application does not currently display third-party advertisements and does not use third-party advertising SDKs.

Account Deletion

Users may request account deletion through:

Settings → Account Settings → Delete Account

Certain records may be retained where required by law, security requirements, fraud prevention obligations, or legitimate business purposes.
